As Chief Commissioner of the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association (PBSA), Hon. Senator Amanullah Kanrani serves as Chairperson of the Board of Governors and Patron/Controlling Authority of Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi (PSCCB).
Under the PSCCB Rule Book, the Chief Commissioner holds a central role in the College's governance and chairs its governing body, with authority for the final interpretation of the College Rules, within the constitutional framework and supreme authority of the PBSA National Council.
